Black Canyon Surgical Center is the only multi-specialty ambulatory surgical center in Montrose, CO. We provide cost-effective multi-specialty care to a five county region. We strive to give our patients the highest quality outpatient care in a state-of-the-art medical facility. We also exist to help physicians and medical professionals provide their patients with the best care possible.

We’re thrilled to announce that for the third year in a row, Black Canyon Surgical Center has been recognized as a 2026 Best ASC’s  by U.S. News & World Report in their Best Ambulatory Surgical Centers Ratings! 🏆 This year it was for Orthopedics and Spine!  Out of 5,828 Medicare-certified ASCs in the US, we’re proud to be one of eight in Colorado for Orthopedics.
